For the spinach strudel, chop the tofu and mix with canola oil, and paprika powder. Chop the onion and mushrooms, sprinkle with salt and lightly fry with the tofu.

Then add the spinach and simmer gently on low strength. Then season the whole thing with salt, pepper, marjoram and basil.

Roll out the puff pastry and spread the prepared filling lengthwise on the puff pastry. Roll the pastry over the mixture and join the ends together so that the filling is completely surrounded by the pastry.

Then roll the strudel on baking paper on a baking tray. Bake the spinach strudel in the preheated oven at about 18 0°C for half an hour until it takes on a golden brown color.

Remove the strudel from the oven, cut into pieces and serve.
