For the apples with cheese filling, finely mash the feta cheese with a fork. Squeeze the peeled garlic clove over it. Whisk with low-fat curd cheese and Emmentaler, season with salt and pepper. At the end, fold in the pine nuts.

Wash the apples and cut them in half. Cut out stem and core generously. Fill the apple halves with the cheese cream, place them on a baking tray and bake in an oven heated to 220 °C for 15-20 minutes.

Wash, rinse and spin dry the Vogerlsalat and Frisée lettuce.

For the dressing, whisk vinegar with sugar, salt, mustard and pepper. Then mix in both types of oil. Peel and finely dice the shallots and fold into the dressing.

Arrange the lettuce leaves on four plates and drizzle with the dressing. Place 2 apple halves in the center and quickly serve the apples with cheese filling.
