Instructions:

Cut the feta cheese into slices about 1cm thick. Mix the eggs together and put them in a deep plate. Put the flour on a shallow plate. Heat plenty of olive oil in a frying pan. Turn the slices of feta cheese, one by one, first in the egg mixture and then in the flour on the other side. Fry the breaded slices in the hot olive oil until golden brown, sprinkling with oregano on both sides. Drain the baked feta cheese on paper towels and serve it on the spot.

Serve with crusty white bread and fresh tomato salad or arugula dressed with a little balsamic vinegar and vinegar.
