Wash and peel the potatoes, hollow them out and put them in a bowl with water. Season minced meat, preferably freshly cooked through, to taste.
Wash and clean the peppers, cut them into fine strips, wash and blanch 2 cabbage leaves. Roll the seasoned mince with the bell pepper strips in 1 leaf each and put it in the hollowed potato.
Cook in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes. In the meantime, wash, peel and cut the kohlrabi into fine strips.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan, add the strips and sauté. Deglaze with some vegetable soup and cook for a few minutes until al dente.
Season with herbs and lemon and arrange everything on a plate with the hollandaise sauce.
