Instructions:

For the marjoram potatoes wash, boil, peel and finely slice the potatoes. Peel onion and chop finely.

Fry bacon, onion in it until golden, dust with flour, fry through and pour in soup.

Boil well and season with grated lemon peel, salt, pepper, marjoram and bay leaf.

Cut gherkins into slices and add with potato slices and boil well. Dice extra sausage and mix in.

Remove the bay leaf and serve the marjoram potatoes.
