Separate the eggs. Whip the egg yolks with the honey and vanilla sugar until creamy. Mix the QimiQ with the quark and orange juice until smooth, then gently fold into the egg mixture. Whip the egg whites with the granulated sugar until they form beaten egg whites, then mix gently.

Stir the coffee with the orange liqueur and dip the biscuits in it. Spread a suitable mold first with the biscuits, then cover with part of the cream. Cut the oranges into fillets and layer them on top of the cream. Cover again with the cream and cover again with the biscuits. As the last step, apply a layer of crem and smooth it down. Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Cut the orange tiramisu into portions, sprinkle with cocoa and powdered sugar and serve on plates garnished with lemon balm.
