Add the salt until the mixture separates from the saucepan. Cool the dough to lukewarm. Separate eggs, stir 6 egg yolks into the lukewarm dough. Whip the egg whites and gently fold them into the dough. Fill the dough into dalken molds and bake in a little bit of oil on both sides for about 3 to 4 minutes. For the nut filling, heat milk and pour over the grated nuts. Stir in granulated sugar and rum, then cool to lukewarm.
For the strawberry sauce, blend all ingredients with a hand mixer.
For the chocolate sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and let the chocolate melt in it.
Place 1 tbsp. nuessfuelle on each half of the baked dalken, cover with the remaining dalken. Arrange on plates, decorate with strawberry sauce and chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result!
