Instructions:

Prepare a dough with sugar, flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, milk and light butter and roll it out thinly. Cut out round cookies (about 4 cm ø) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a heated oven at 175-200 °C for 8-10 minutes. Assemble two of the cooled cookies at a time with smoothly stirred nut nougat, dip half in dissolved cooking chocolate.
