For the meringue with chocolate flakes, whip the egg whites. Before it is completely firm, add the sugar and salt and beat until completely firm.

Mix in the chocolate flakes. Pour the mixture into a piping bag and pipe small circles onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Let dry in the oven at 100 °C convection oven for about 2 hours. (Leave the oven door ajar).
