Chicken Drumsticks in Honey Mustard Sauce

For the chicken legs in honey mustard sauce, preheat the oven to 200 °C. Place the chicken pieces on a baking tray covered with baking paper.

Mix the softened butter with mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper and spread half of it on the upper side of the chicken legs.

Bake for 15 minutes on the middle rack, then carefully turn the meat and brush the remaining glaze on the top of the drumsticks.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for another 15 minutes.
