For the lavender cookies, make the dough. To do this, cut the butter into small pieces and crumble with the flour. Cream the sugar and egg. Together with the lavender flowers, knead everything into a shortbread dough. Let the dough rest, refrigerated, for about an hour.

Then, on a floured work surface, roll out the dough and shape cookies with cookie cutters of your choice.

Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake the lavender cookies in the oven preheated to 180°C for about 18 minutes.
