Instructions:

For the rum slices, beat the butter, sugar and softened chocolate with the egg yolks until fluffy. Beat the snow and fold into the mixture with the flour.

Bake on a tray on baking paper at 180 °C (depending on size).

Prepare the glaze and spread it on the hot mass.

Allow the rum slices to cool before eating.
