Instructions:

Divide dough into 8 to 10 portions, shape into oblong rolls. Press a piece of chocolate lengthwise into the center of each and pull dough over it. Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, with the ends facing down. Cover and let rise. Brush with egg, score jags with scissors as desired.

Bake: 20 to half an hour in the middle of an oven heated to 200 °C.
