Instructions:

Cut the rolls into thin slices.

Heat the milk and pour over it. Peel and chop the onions. Chop the parsley and add it together with the onion to the milk-semmel mixture, add salt.

Beat the butter with the eggs in a frying pan until creamy. Then mix by hand.

Form dumplings and let them steep in about 2 l of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.
