Cook beans and carrots in salted water according to instructions. Melt butter in saucepan, sauté diced onion until translucent. Add honey and vegetables. Add vinegar essence, beef broth and whipping cream. Simmer for 3 minutes while stirring. Thicken the sauce with a little bit of cornflour.

Fry bacon, add to vegetables with potatoes.
