Instructions:

First separate the eggs.

Mix the melted butter with egg yolks, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.

Stir in grated hazelnuts and eggnog. Mix in the flour. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.

Spread the batter into a greased and floured cake pan. Bake at medium heat.
