Dough: Mix the flour with part of the milk until smooth. Add the eggs and the rest of the milk. Heat the butter and add to the dough form together with 1 salt, vanilla pulp, tablespoon sugar and the grated lemon. Beat the egg whites together with the remaining sugar until stiff. Fold the snow into the basic dough. Bake the dough in a frying pan. After turning, bake the Kaiserschmarren in the oven at 180 degrees. Take out the Kaiserschmarren and tear it with two forks.

Almond kernels: caramelize the sugar in a frying pan until golden, add the butter and the almond slivers. Turn the Kaiserschmarren in it to the other side.
