Instructions:

For the cauliflower bomb, clean, wash and briefly boil the cauliflower. Prepare mince as for a minced roast. I.e. mix with onion, salt, pepper, egg, mustard and wheat bran.

Take the cauliflower out of the water, drain it and put it in a greased pan with the stem down.

Now spread the mince over it so that everything is covered. Finally, cover everything with bacon. Now cook the whole thing in the oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes covered and 25 minutes without covering (foil etc.).

Cut the cauliflower bomb like a cake and serve.
