For the pasta casserole, preheat the oven to 180 °C, finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan. Chop the carrot, dried tomatoes and spring onion, press the garlic and add everything to the onions and fry.

Now add the corn and peas, deglaze with vegetable soup and whipping cream and bring to a boil. Season to taste.

Add the herbs and put the pasta in a baking dish. Mix the vegetables and grated Parmesan cheese into the pasta, cover with mozzarella and bake the pasta casserole in the oven for about 40-50.
