Instructions:

Cut onion, carrots and celery into cubes, chop kitchen herbs.

Heat butter, sauté onion, vegetables and herbs. Pour in clear soup, bring to a boil and continue to boil for 15 min.

Blend soup and bring to boil again.

Cut lettuce into strips. Stir the whipped cream into the soup and finally add the lettuce. Season with pepper.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
