For the juicy brownie on multivitamin sauce, first preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

For the brownies, mix the curd with the eggs and slowly add the applesauce, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and oil one by one. Mix the flour with the cocoa, baking soda and baking powder and slowly stir into the curd mixture.

Pour the mixture into a smaller brownie pan and bake for about 40 minutes. Keep checking with a wooden stick during this process. The cake should retain a slightly moist consistency in the center.

For the sauce, peel the mango, remove the pit and dice the flesh. Squeeze the orange and the tangerines. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork.

Put everything in a higher mixing bowl and mash. When the cake is ready, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Spread a little of the sauce on the plate and place a piece of brownie on top.

Serve the brownie on top of multivitamin sauce.
