For the caipirinha muffins first mix the flour with baking powder and baking soda.

Preheat the oven to 200° C.

In a bowl, mix egg with yogurt and sugar. Wash the limes well, grate the peel and squeeze.

Mix juice and zest of 3 limes with white rum. Add flour mixture and stir until all is moistened. Grease the 12 muffin cups and pour in the batter. Bake the muffins for about 25-30 min. Squeeze another half lime and cut thin strips from the peel.

Cut chocolate into pieces and melt. Stir in juice and rum and spread on muffins while they are still warm.

Decorate the caipirinha muffins with strips.
