A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Make eggs 7 1/2 min, cool. Peel. Dilute soy sauce with chicken soup and let eggs steep in it for about 12 hours. In 1/2 quart water, bring Darjeeling tea leaves to boil and drain. Season lightly with salt. Cook somen noodles in it, drain. Serve. Add a little tea to keep the noodles from sticking. Cut the eggs in half. Arrange on noodles and add grated ginger.
