Boil tagliatelle according to instructions. Sauté mushrooms and ham – each according to choice – whole, quartered or possibly in slices in butter. Alternately add Bressot cream cheese and whipped cream.

Now add the peas. Bring to the boil briefly – done! Due to the intense aroma of the kitchen herb cream cheese, no further seasoning is necessary. If you wish, you can of course add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
