1. cut the pork into thin slices. Peel and chop the onion. Brown the cheek meat in a Reindl over medium heat and render the fat. Add the onion and sauté over medium heat, stirring, until soft, five minutes.

Add the tomato sauce and a piece of hot peppers. Season vigorously with salt and freshly ground pepper. Cook the linguine in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta, stir through with the sauce and bring to the table.
