For the tiramisu with speculoos, whip the cream until stiff. Mix the mascarpone, curd, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Fold the whipped cream into the cream. Pour 1 tablespoon of the cream into a bowl and place 1 1/2 speculoos on top of the cream. Spread the still frozen berries on top and cover with the remaining cream.
Place another 1 speculoos on top as decoration.
It is best to place in the refrigerator overnight so that the cookies soften.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
