Instructions:

Put fruit in water and let stand for about 5 minutes. Strain and collect the colored water.

Sweeten water with frutilose, add juice of one lemon and bring to a boil.

Add fruit and binder and bring to a boil briefly.

Allow the grits to cool, chill before serving and garnish with whipped topping.
