For the cat cookies with salmon, first cook the salmon fillet in fish stock. Chop the salmon. Finely chop the beet and add to the fish.

Mix the rye and wheat flours and add the oat pulp. Mix the dry ingredients and olive oil to the salmon. Knead with a little fish stock to form a smooth dough. Wrap the dough ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for cold.
