Crumble the yeast in the lukewarm water. Next, mix all ingredients and knead for about 5 minutes until the dough no longer sticks to your hands. Cover and leave in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Next, knead briefly and shape into a loaf. Dust loaf and oven tray with flour and bake in heated oven (200 degrees ). Check with a wooden stick if the dough is still sticky. If not, the bread is ready.

With this basic recipe you can start a mass more. For example, before baking you can put a sardine or chopped bacalhau with onions and olive oil in the bread.
