For the chicken wings in sesame crust, divide the chicken wings at the joints and chop off the bone on both sides. Slide the meat down and remove the second bone from the center wing.

Then salt and pepper the chicken wings and sprinkle with lemon juice. Beat the egg with a little milk, mix the breadcrumbs with the sesame seeds. Now turn the chicken wings alternately in flour, egg and sesame crumbs.

Heat sunflower oil in a pan and fry the wings until golden brown, turning several times. Lift out the chicken wings and drain on kitchen paper.
