and pepper. Drain the beans and season. Make a curd mixture from the salt, ricotta, pepper, green Tabasco, whipped cream, chopped chives and parsley and spread it smoothly. Put the beans in a gratin dish, place the tomatoes on top, spread with the herb curd mixture and gratinate in the oven. Serve on a plate.
