Tiramisu with Strawberry Cream

Instructions:

Boil sugar and water in a saucepan for 5 minutes, then mix with strawberries and puree. Set aside one third of this strawberry sauce.

In the remaining, still warm sauce, dissolve the gelatin and mix with mascarpone. Whip the cream and fold in.

Soak the biscuits in the sauce and line the bottom of a large baking dish.

Fill in alternating layers of cream and sponge cake, with the cream forming the top layer.

Refrigerate the strawberry tiramisu for 6 hours before serving.
