Instructions:

Whisk milk with eggs and salt and pour over the rolls.

Chop parsley and mix loosely.

Peel and chop onion and fry in a little oil or lard until golden brown.

Put the breadcrumbs in a deep dish. Mix flour, grated cheese and roasted onion to the mixture and form loafs.

Coat the loaves with the breadcrumbs and slowly fry in clarified butter until golden brown.
