For the asparagus prosciutto skewers, peel or clean the asparagus, depending on the type, and cut off the lower, woody end if necessary.

In the case of thicker white asparagus, cut apart once lengthwise and once crosswise. For the thin green asparagus, it is sufficient to cut it crosswise once at a time.

Weave one sheet of prosciutto per skewer around the asparagus pieces (5 pieces per skewer). Now pierce a skewer through the row of asparagus prosciutto and place on the grill.

Keep turning the asparagus prosciutto skewers on the grill until the asparagus pieces are firm to the bite.
