For millet casserole with camenbert, simmer the millet in the clear soup (in this case of vegetable origin) for 20 minutes. Beat the eggs and mix with whipped cream and soy sauce. Fold the mixture into the cooked millet.

Grease an ovenproof dish with a little butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Fill the casserole with the mixture and cover with a few knobs of butter. Bake in the oven preheated to 180° C for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, cut the camenbert into small pieces and a few minutes before the end of baking, spread the camenbert over the casserole and bake until done.
