For the salsa verde, wash basil and parsley, shake dry thoroughly in a sieve. Pluck off the leaves and chop finely. Also finely chop capers, garlic and anchovy fillets. Mix everything together with oil, lemon juice and freshly ground salt to a creamy sauce.
