Instructions:

A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Heat the milk to 40 degrees and let the yeast melt in it. Later prepare butter, salt, flour, egg, sugar and yeast milk to a smooth dough and let it rise for at least an hour. Grease a conical teflon form with 26 cm ø. Roll out the dough, place it in the pan and let it rise again for about 30 minutes.

Mix the sponge crumbs and cinnamon and spread evenly on the yeast dough. Place the plums from the outside to the inside of the lined mold.

For the crumble, mix powdered sugar, butter, milk, salt and vanilla pulp. Add the flour and knead until crumbles are formed.

Spread the crumble evenly on the surface of the cake. Bake the cake in the oven heated to 190 °C – hot air (220 °C top bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. After baking, cool briefly and then turn out onto a cooling rack.

Serve the cake with whipped cream.
