Instructions:

A cake recipe for all foodies:

Coat the rolled out yeast dough with the curd cheese mixture. For this, beat sugar and eggs and add the curd. Prepare a vanilla pudding from half a pudding powder with a quarter of 1 milk and 1 tbsp. sugar and fold in when slightly cooled.

Season with rum and vanilla sugar. Melt the light butter, cool and add. Bake. When cooled, spread with buttercream.

Prepare a vanilla pudding according to the basic recipe (reduced amount of milk!) and cool. Whip the butter until creamy and add the cold pudding by the spoonful and stir through to make the buttercream.

Finish with chocolate icing. For this, heat the chocolate in a water bath, add the melted coconut fat and the oil, stir through and coat the cake with it.

Baking time: 20-30 min. Temperature: 200 °C -220 °C
