A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Gradually stir the ingredients with the milk. The dough should be quite liquid. Add the melted butter. Lightly grease the plate. Put the dough on it and spread it evenly. Bake at a relatively high temperature until the crêpes are golden brown. Turn them over to the other plate by means of the turning knife and finish baking. (Beginners should not get the 2nd plate so hot). This crêpe should be paper thin and nice and crispy (“kraz”).
