For the summer salad, wash and divide the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Wash the peppers and cucumber, remove the stalk, also cut into pieces and add to the bowl.

Wash and finely grate the carrots and add them to the bowl as well. Strain the can of corn and add it as well.

Dress with marinade, sprinkle with chives and serve with turkey strips or with potato gratin. Tastes also delicious without garnish.
