A bean recipe for every taste:

Soak black mushrooms in warm water for about 15 minutes and rinse. Clean and rinse the vegetables. Cut peppers in half and into pieces, mushrooms and celery into slices, carrots into sticks, spring onions into rings, Chinese cabbage into pieces, broccoli into roses. Drain corn on the cob, bamboo shoots and bean sprouts.

Heat oil in a wok or possibly a frying pan. Sauté the vegetables in it little by little, first the ones with the longest cooking time, finally add the vegetables from the jar and the mushrooms, so that everything stays crunchy together. Season the vegetables with soy sauce, coriander and cumin. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds to taste and bring to the table.

Long grain long grain rice is delicious with this.
