Instructions:

Melt the powdered sugar in a frying pan. Add the butter, mix and gently caramelize. Pour in the onions and ginger and turn to the other side in it. Add rosemary and bay leaf. gradually add the red wine.

Add salt, season with pepper and season with the two vinegars. Cover and steam quietly at low temperature for 15 minutes. Then remove the lid and cook the liquid a little.

It can be served warm or cooled as an accompaniment to game or pork.
