A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Preheat the oven to 150 °C. Grease a 20 cm loaf pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Cream the light butter or possibly butter, add the sugar and whip both to a light thick cream. Fold in the egg yolks and the bitter almond oil. Mix the ground almond kernels and the breadcrumbs and stir them alternately with the milk into the egg cream.
