Instructions:

For the almond ears, beat the egg whites until very stiff and add the honey. Fold in remaining ingredients.

Let dough rest for 2 hours. Use a piping bag to pipe small heaps onto small wafers. Bake at 175°C for 20 minutes. Makes approx. 2 baking sheets of almond ears.
