Instructions:

– Knead all ingredients together into a smooth dough.

– Roll small pieces of dough into balls and then shape into “moons” (croissants).

– Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 200 °C for about 15 minutes until golden brown.

– Dust with powdered sugar to taste (and after cooling) or dip the top into light or dark cooking chocolate.
