For the almond muffins, beat butter, sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla sugar and salt until fluffy. Add flour, baking powder and almonds and gently fold in.

Pour the batter into buttered and floured ramekins and bake the almond muffins at 180 °C for approx. 20 minutes.
