Season the gutted trout inside and out with pepper and salt and sprinkle with the juice of one lemon.

Coat the fish in almond flakes at the beginning, then in flour on the other side and fry in hot butter for about 10 minutes on both sides.

Tip: Always use organic lemons for cooking, if possible!
