Instructions:

Whip the egg whites to egg whites and mix well with the grated cheese, salt and pepper. Form balls with a spoon and bake in the deep fryer until done.

Tastes warm and cooled with wine or an “Appenzeller” (herb liqueur).

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
