Instructions:

Cut pork fish into not too thick slices, season with salt, bell pepper and paprika, fry briefly on both sides in hot oil on 3 or automatic cooking plate 8-10. Layer like roof tiles in a shallow, greased baking dish.

Cut cleaned mushrooms into halves, sprinkle with juice of one lemon, sauté together with chopped onion and parsley in butter for 10 minutes on 2 or automatic cooking plate 4-5 until soft. Season with salt and pepper, extinguish with white wine. Spread mushrooms evenly around the meat. Cut cheese into thin slices, place on top of meat and cook in heated oven or under broiler for about 12-15 min until cheese melts.

Serve with fresh baguette.
