Instructions:

For the apple bread, mix the apples, whole nuts, raisins and dried plums and let stand for 3 hours. Stir in all remaining ingredients.

Shape into two larger or 4 smaller rolls, brush with lukewarm milk and place in the cold oven.

Set the oven to 180 °C and bake the apple bread for about 75 minutes.
